Writing a Letter of Intent
I am writing a letter of intent for an Industrial space on Dean Martin and Post Road for a new client. We are getting a great lease rate and the CAMs are low. PR Properties Group

Why Use a Realtor?
Even though the housing crisis is very real in Nevada, the realization of absolutely smashing deals abound and those that can take advantage, do. There are a lot of cash buyers including investors that are buying everything that they can get their hands on if the property is priced below market.
While the websites such as, REALTOR.com, Zillow.com, and Trulia.com, and the like are fantastic sites with a wealth of information at your fingertips, they fall a bit short. When the public searches those sites, the site most times lags from the real-time updates of the Realtor's local knowledge and the Multiple-Listing Service (MLS). In addition, if the home you are looking at is priced at or below market, the odds are that it is being targeted by many. Unfortunately, most often, the information is general in nature and not always as accurate as it should be from the aforementioned sites.
This is precisely one of the many reasons to engage the advice and knowledge of a seasoned and experienced, licensed professional REALTOR who, despite the turmoil in the marketplace, can spare you the client many hours of just what you are experiencing. Please remember that as a Buyer the Real Estate Professional’s service is usually free of charge to you as the Seller almost always pays the commission fees.
Why use a REALTOR®? The REALTOR® mark shows that your real estate agent or Broker is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and adheres to a strict Code of Ethics. There are many reasons to use a REALTOR® to help you buy or sell a home. A REALTOR® can give you up-to-date information on what is happening in your local marketplace and the price, financing, terms and condition of competing properties.
I hope you will engage a REALTOR® in your transaction. Call us, we can help, that's what we do.
